Fan engagement

In conjunction with Grand Prix, Mercedes-Benz Australia wanted to see how their users were engaging with their brand Facebook pages whilst continuing to grow their online fan base.

GAMIFYING THE EXPERIENCE

The hardest part was nailing down the app behaviour and flow. The key design challenge was to create an experience that was appealing and engaging, yet not confronting due to sensitivity around information collection. We decided on a multi-step data collection application shaped as a questionnaire.
